Basic, Clean and Convenient

great location clean room ample beds on-site parking

The location is great near the Aintree racecourse. Staff provided enough beds. The room was clean and tidy. Wi-fi worked fine, i liked this. I easily found on-site parking. Entering car details wasn't a thing. Staff seemed pleasant upon arrival, i thought. The hotel suits people needing a base for exploring.

The television remote felt oddly sticky, it has seen better days.

Breakfast isnt included, but a Toby Carvery sits just across the road. This carvery offers an all you can eat breakfast and is accessible, this is important to consider. Dinner options are available nearby too.

Julie, the manager, seemed cute. Staff were polite and professional, showing helpfulness to me. The team promptly addressed our needs regarding bed arrangements before arrival, i must say. They had also pleasant interactions upon arrival, it was noticeable.

the room was clean. i liked that the shower had good power. the hotel also has free parking, that was an added bonus.

the hotel let us in after 3 pm, we arrived earlier.

convenient location and helpful staff

great location helpful staff clean room

The hotel's location impressed me. It is close to both the race course and railway links. this makes travel to football games and the city centre quite easy. i found the staff to be exceedingly helpful, and they quickly resolved a minor issue with the in-room tv. the rooms were also very comfy and tidy.
